RELATIONSHIP OF HEALTH EDUCATION TO PAIN INTENSITY OF ANGINA PECTORIS
PATIENT'S lN CARDIOLOLOGY ROOM AT Dr. i[. YUNUS HOSPITAL BENGKULU
ABSTRACT
Pektoruis angina usually accur 1-15 minutes and will lead to death if didnt know how to cared
about pektorius angina. One of way to treatment of angina pectoris is to provide health
education to encourage rest and nitroglycerin tablets consumed by placing under the tongue.
The problem of this research was still high pain of angina pectoris patient's in cardiology room
at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu Hospital. The purpoxd of this research was health education had
related with intensity pain in angina pectoris patient's in cardiology room at Dr. M. Yunus
Hospital. Design study in this research was desciptive analytic with cross sectional method with
sampling Simple Random Sampling, which amounted to 85 respondents.This research was at
31 March b 3A April 2015 and used sfafisfical test ChiSguare.
The results of the univariate analysis was the majority (64.4yo) had poor health education.
Almost all {49.4%) in the weight pain category. Ihe resulfs of the bivariate analysis that the
value P = 0.00 p <value a = 0.05 means significant. The conclusion of this reasearh was health
education had related with pain intensity of angina pectoris patient's.
Expected fo nurses at Dr. M. Yunus Hospital can more attention of health education with angina
pectoris patient's, in order'to avoid an increase instensity chest pain.
