The age of puberty is the stage of physical transformation from childhood The physical changes that I noticed upon

to adulthood. This signifies the beginning of the biological and physical “growth
spurt” and development characterized by the changes in weight and body
composition during adolescence. My body changed a lot like my body becomes
more muscular, growth of body hair, including underarm, legs and pubic hair. My
shoulders grow broader when I turned 13 years old and enlargement of my larynx
and deepening of my voice. These traits that are in the picture are mostly
inherited from my father - like the shape of the nose, eyes, straight hair but the
color of my skin is from my mother.
growth of the penis and testes (testicles), changes in body shape and
height, erections with ejaculation, growth of pubic, body and facial hair,
voice changes. Becoming a teenager is the most difficult part because I
noticed that I show strong feelings and intense emotions at different
times, more sensitive to my emotions and more self-conscious as I
move to teenage years because sometimes I try to compare myself with
others but these also changes as I grow older since I’ve more become
mature and contented of what I have.
