Based on my questionnaire question number 7 whereby 85 answer the overpriced of Home
automation in Muscat. The suitable strategy is to adapt to price penetration method is setting
the price lower as the Corona effect the purchasing power have dramatically fall due to
redundancy or salaries reduction to employees.

Setting penetration pricing would increases sales as customers are very sensitive about the
prices and as a law of demands states the lower the price the higher the demand of product in
addition this strategy would help in reaching business objectives of mass sales revenue.

Setting the prices lower would attract new customers as lower price influence people to buy
product and attract new customers would increases sales revenue and this would establish a
good relationship with customers that would eventually Muscat Automation system to reach
its objectives of good company image.

Last but not least, setting lower price would increases the popularity of the product and
company and this would help in attaining the business objectives of good customers services

Based on questions 7 whereby 15 people chooses market at high classed area and questions 5
that 150 people that where interested on questionnaires are businessman/woman that
categorized the product as a luxury goods.

The place is important as it can stimulate sales as the customers have easily access to the
product and this would establish a good customer service as the customers are very near and
easily purchase the product and availability of potential buyers are higher this would increase
sales revenue and reach business objectives.

The place can reduce costs for business such as delivery costs or transportation costs and this
would be beneficial to Muscat automation system as business objectives is to increases
revenue while minimizing costs. The place near potential buyers would increases customer

automation in Muscat. The promotion can be free delivery, free instalment and free training
for new users this would attract potential buyers as people are influence with free stuffs.

The promotion would attract potential buyers as they would be influenced to purchase the
products as it offers free services and this would stimulate the purchase power of Muscat
Automation system product and this strategy would increases sales revenue.

The promotion would increase awareness and popularity about the product in the market and
this would increase the market share as its exposed on the markets that would attract
customers and reach the objectives of having a good company image in the eyes of their

Muscat Automation Home needed to be innovative such as they should installed a voice
recognition on both native language Arabic and English that would give the cultural
background of the product.

It would attract customers from native country and expects with this features that would help
to increases the levels of demands as both segments of people culture are attracted with the
product which features both language and distinguish their products from other firms.

The product would have a background of the host country as it would promote the language
language and this would establish a good customers service and increases of popularity of

The reasons of choosing questionnaires is to easy and effective way with higher number of
