1. How important is self-awareness in leadership? Why is self-awareness good? (Answer

should be at least 5 to 10)
Self-awareness in leadership is important because it helps you to empower your
own skills, emotions, and personality. In leadership, being self-aware is important
because you will know what strength you can lean on during a certain problem. It will
also help you to communicate with your followers especially that you know your limits
and weaknesses. With this, it can boost your honesty and sensitivity towards others
resulting for a better communication in your group.
Self-awareness is good because it helps you to see yourself with clearer eyes,
resulting to identify how are you going to improve on your own, boosting your self
-confidence.
 
2. What features of goal setting are important, if we want to ensure they are more likely to
be successfully achieved? (Answer should be at least 5 to 10)
Making a clear goal is the first step to ensure that this will be successful.
A clear plan is to be executed is the next one. Knowing your responsibilities, hard
work and determination will most likely to help you to achieved your goal at the
end. These are the things need to have in order for you to reach your goal. Just
be an optimistic person and take action.

 
3. What was your last moment of true happiness? Please explain why this moment was, for
you, a moment of true happiness. (Answer should be at least 5 to 10)
My last moment of happiness was when my oldest sister had a birthday. It
was held on a private resort and this is so meaningful to me because our family
is complete. It was my first time experience to have a bonding with my family
completely. It is too good to be true because since I was born, we were never
been in the same place because of different agendas. That time is when I felt the
true happiness even if my second oldest sister died a few months before the
reunion. Now, I can not forget that day and hoping that it will have a second time.
