Materials : Present Simple introduction.

2. Apperception
 Teacher presents the use of
simple present tense and the word ‘every day”using “I” on a
flash cards. (E.g. I do homework every day).
 Teacher presents the uses of simple present tense and the
word “every day”using “he” or “she” on a flash card. (E.g. He
does homework every day).
3. Motivation
 Teacher tells the objective of the lesson.

MAIN ACTIVITIES 1. Ekspolaration 5 Minutes


 Teacher seeks choral response from the students.
 Teacher shows PPT about Simple present tense.
 Teacher uses more
examples to illustrate the above.
2. Elaboration
 Teacher gives clear instructions and a demonstration about the
activity. (The theme of the activity is to guess what he or she does 15 Minutes
every day.)
 Teacher asks one student to come out and draw a card. The student
is requested to act out the action written on the card.(E.g. sweeping
the floor). 5 Minutes
 The rest of the students are requested to guess what the particular
students does.

3. Konfirmation
 Teacher gives clear instructions 15 Minutes
and a demonstration about the
activity.
 Teacher gives the ball to one of the students and then plays the
music and when the music stops, the student who holds the ball is

expected to stand up and tell the whole class what he or she does
every day, say, “I sweep the floor every day.”.
 The rest of the students are requested to guess what the particular 2 Minutes
students does.
 The above will go on for several round. 15 Minutes
CLOSING  Teacher and students make a conclusion about the lesson. 10 Minutes
 Teacher gives a quick conclusion and explain some common errors
to clarify students’ wrong concepts.
