Setting development targets

1. Review your answers in the ‘Reflection on lesson planning’ worksheet and your notes
on the ‘Exemplar lesson plan’.

2. Review your action points from the Language Awareness module. How well have you
done on your action points?

3. Identify 2 or 3 areas that you feel you would like to continue to work on.

4. Review all your reflections on lesson planning activities in previous days. Do you
notice any recurring themes? Are there any areas that you feel would be useful to
continue to reflect on and improve in your classroom teaching or planning practice?

5. Write at least three action points for your own development after the end of this
course. These may relate to any area we have covered on this course that you feel
you would find useful to focus on developing.
