Dear Customer Relations,

This is my third and final letter to you requesting to see the original wet ink
signature promissory mortgage note you claim to hold. I am not asking you
to send the original wet ink signature promissory Mortgage Note. I am
requesting a place to see it. Failure to produce the original wet ink signature
promissory Mortgage Note will be taken as an administrative default on your
part. I also asked for a copy of all assignments of the Mortgage Note. Failure
to produce a copy of all assignments of the Mortgage Note will be taken as
an administrative default on your part. I also asked where I could view the
back of the original wet ink signature promissory Mortgage Note. Failure to
provide me a location to view the back of the original wet ink signature
promissory Mortgage note will be taken as an administrative default on your
part.

I believe I may be participating in fraud if you cannot produce

these documents. Therefore I will not be making any further
payments to First Horizon Home Loans until you can address my
concerns. I have set up an escrow to hold my payments.
