If you were Marshall's manager, how might you increase Marshall's awareness of the negative impact he is having on his team?
how would you guide him toward better team leadership, sharing his knowledge with others, and mentoring his team members?

As a Marshall Manager, I would have talked to Marshall personally and I would have indirectly explained to him how lack of his
leadership skills and inability to lead other have negatively affected the company and other members. For example, the company
has lost a lot of talented employees who could have better contribute to the company and also those employees could assist
Marshal to come up with great designs. Besides that, I would have convinced him and Show him that building strong relationships
with his team will benefit both the company and him. Since strong relationships with other colleagues and working together on
ideas will not only benefit the company but also Marshal himself. Additionally, as a manager I would explain that they know the
reason for his experience and work ethic and want to work with him, but this is not easy due to his lack of communication.
Although he is great at his job, he needs to change and improve. Ultimately, it is his decision to try to change his methods.
