EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES OF THE 1ST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF “M/S H K

RUBBERS PRIVATE LIMITED” HELD ON MONDAY, 7TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2020 AT THE
REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY SITUATED AT SF/TF/A-04 ASHOK COLONY R V DESAI ROAD
VADODARA Vadodara GJ 390004 INDIA AT 10:00 AM.

The Managing Director proposed opening of a current account, in the name of the company, with
Bank of Baroda, having branch office at Nyay Mandir, Vadodara, in order to operate the funds of
the company. It was stated that for the purpose of opening the account and operating it on behalf
of the company, authorization is required to be given to one or more officers of the company.

The following resolution was adopted in this regard. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was:

“RESOLVED THAT a Current Account be opened with Bank of Baroda, Nyay Mandir Branch,
Vadodara in the name of the company namely “M/s H K RUBBERS PRIVATE LIMITED”.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any PAYAL MANAN SHAH (Director) (DIN: 08800916) is hereby
authorized to sign and submit the bank account opening form and other documentations and to do
all that is necessary in this respect, on behalf of the company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the said bank be and is hereby informed and authorized to honour all
Cheques, Bills of Exchange, promissory notes, hundis and any other instrument drawn, accepted,
made and signed on behalf of the company, by the following authorized signatories:

1. PAYAL MANAN SHAH (Director)(DIN: 08800916)- Not limited to any amount.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Director of the company be and is hereby authorized to prove a copy
of the foregoing resolution and a copy of Memorandum and Article of Association to the above-
mentioned Bank.
