Is the contract in question still in force?

Yes, it is still in force, because the company SIA “Nature” haven’t stated in
the registry that they have fired Mr. Pupols, so officialy, SIA “Garden” made a
contract with a representative from SIA “Nature”, because he was still a
representative of SIA “Nature” as shown in registry.

Does SIA “Nature” have to fulfill the obligation, as stated in the

contract and deliver the lawn movers to SIA “Garden”, despite that the
employee at the time of the contract coincluding was fired and that as it
only later turned out, the first payment was recived by the Pūpols, and
not the company?

Yes SIA “Nature” must fulfill obligations, and deliver the goods, because
SIA “Garden” paid the price what they agreed on contract, so when the company
SIA “Nature” fired their representative Pupols, they must re-new their company
workers, so other companies can see in registry that Pupols isn’t representative of
SIA “Nature” anymore.

Or does SIA “Garden” only have the rights to turn with a claim to
the Pūpols and not SIA “Nature”?

They have the rights to turn with a claim also to SIA “Nature”, because
SIA “Nature” must have known that such an information that Mr. Pupols is still in
registry, and it cannot be changed in the same day.
