What recommendations would you


make to WHO to educate the world of these concerns. Create a plan that includes the following

A. Biohazards are natural organisms that can put humans at risk. It may be acute or chronic that
could be fatal. With this health issue emerging it is of best concern to educate and disseminate
information to individuals for precautionary measures. Many are getting sick without knowing
the etiology of the disease if its is viral, bacterial or fungal. The WHO should conduct free
seminars concerning on biohazards may it be in the workplace, community or in schools.
B. Biological agents such as bacteria, virus, animals and humans can lead to certain diseases such
as hepatitis, anthrax, lyme disease and a lot more. With these kind of diseases it is the role of
the WHO to educate and give vaccines to the community for precautionary measure. In the
workplace they should implement strict medical assessment before workers engage into work,
they should educate companies proper storage of the solvents used in the company, in the
medical field, they should have strict compliance on yearly Hep B test to all workers and educate
on proper disposal of needles and similar items.
C. The health of the humans is being impacted on this kind of hazard. The immune system is being
attack that somehow lead into fatality on humans. It is the role of the WHO to educate and
spread information to eradicate further conditions. Humans are easy to teach they will follow
every inch of instructions if it is concerning on their health. Immune system needs strong
foundation by living a healthy lifestyle to prevent getting a disease even if they are exposed.
D. Biohazard takes place if you are dealing with any bacterial related environment or some agent
that could possibly transmit diseases. They would take place if the immune system is weakened
and low amount of antibodies. WHO should create an organization that focuses information
dissemination to individuals especially to those who are not medically inclined. This is of big
help to the community to be knowledgeable enough if they will encounter such things.

in Human Resources training a new group of employees, how would you train a manager about
the points you have learned from your readings?

Ergonomic designed in the workplace does not only reduce injury but increases productivity as well.
Being in the human resources, first and foremost, managers should undergo personality test as they
have to be emotionally prepared to enter in the arena and to refrain from emotional stress. In order to
motivate employees they have to know first their strengths and weaknesses. Next, it is important to
make them familiarize about the rules and regulations and how it works to let the new manager know
the drill and run the company. They must then undergo trainings and workshops on how to manage
time as they face on bunch of paper works, seminars and resolving conflicts. They should know how to
manage their time to prevent from delays at work. Workshops concerning on safety in the workplace
should be given to help managers answer confidently all the questions being thrown by the workers
especially concerning on injuries and accidents. By imparting knowledge on safety measures to the
newly hired managers will surely help prevent occurrence of injuries. Set goals to the new managers as
this could motivate them to achieve things in certain time. Conducting such trainings and workshops to
the managers will help prevent stress at work or depression. In today’s time, especially the young ones,
they easily quit jobs as they could not understand things specially they are out of their comfort zone or
easily get stress. To prevent depression and anxiety , guidance at work is an important role and checking
them out once in a while. Teaching them on ways how to run the company effectively without any
injuries encountered is primarily the main goal. It is not only for the employees the human resources
looked into but to the administration as well as they are the first line in the organization and they are
being looked forward to by everyone. If the managers are doing the work with safety measures and
correct handling of equipment for sure the employees will follow the ways which in they believe is
correct.
