Chew it slowly – When we’re running around doing a million things at once, we are more likely

to scoff our food. By chewing food slowly, we give our digestive system a ‘helping hand’ when it
comes to breaking down the food we eat. Food is also a lot more pleasurable if we take the time to
enjoy every single mouthful! Mindful eating is a great way of avoiding indigestion and stomach
pains…and staying calm.
