FRIDAY

On Fridays I always give myself a treat, breakfast I have a cup of milk and two breads
with olives, at lunch I ate rice with beef along with an orange juice, in the afternoon I
had a pizza and at night I had a cup of coffee and two breads with cheese.

SATURDAY

Yesterday at breakfast I had a papaya juice, something light but healthy, at lunch I ate
green noodles and a soft drink, at dinner I only prepared a fruit salad and just drank
water. This is really healthy

eating habits and healthy lifestyles, away from excessive consumption of saturated fats,

food. According to sources from the National Center of the National Institute of Health
in our country: 69.9% of adults suffer from obesity; These illnesses then affect 42.4% of
young people, 32.3% of schoolchildren, 33.1% of older adults and finally 23.9% of
adolescents.

2. What advice does your government give about food?

The government released "Dietary Guidelines for the Peruvian Population", is a


document prepared by the National Center for Food and Nutrition, INS, and proposes
messages to promote healthy practices and lifestyles to lead a healthy life in the
population . Among them we have:Disminuir el consumo de azúcar.

- Reduce the consumption of salt.

- Increase consumption of dietary fiber
