1. How is FREEDOM and FREE WILL is being exercise in the Philippine set up? (20 points)

> Free will comes from life. Free will is power to act in the environment. Free will is limited by
the laws of nature. Free will assumes the 'will to act', and many definitions require
consciousness, but this is an artificial constraint.
It has an awareness of its environment, and ability to make movement decisions based on that
awareness. Freedom comes from community. Freedom is freedom to act within a community.
Freedoms are limited by communities. Different communities constrain, and sometimes protect,
freedoms in different ways. Constraints on, and protection of freedom can be inconsistent even
within communities. Individuals in communities have free will, and freedoms. Through their
actions, communities gain the freedom of will, the power to act. Communities also create laws,
rights and restrictions that apply to communities. Communities thus have restrictions on their
freedoms.

3. Why freedom goes with responsibility?

> If I have the freedom to think, it is my responsibility to think positively.
If I have freedom to speak, it is my responsibility to speak properly and meaningfully. If I have
the freedom to act, it is my responsibility to act correctly. Nobody can take that decision for
me. It is my responsibility. Many people are really in deep fear of freedom, surprised? But that’s
true. Although they talk
