WORKAROUND ON SIMULATENOUS SHARING OF TWO WINDOWS IN ZOOM

AIM:
To share two windows simultaneously in Zoom.

REQUIREMENT:
The following screens to be shared: Appendix 1 & 2 - PTW Type & Controls (static sheet) and Activity Form (Google
Sheet - Editable template)

METHOD:
The following steps to be done in Zoom Host device:
1. In Host device Desktop, Appendix 1 & 2 document to be opened
2. The cursor to be taken to the topmost part of the open window on your screen
3. Depress the left mouse button and the Appendix 1&2 document window to be grabbed
4. Keep the mouse button depressed and the window all the way to be dragged over to the RIGHT of
your screen. It will automatically resize to take up the RIGHT half of your screen.
5. Now you should be able to see the other open window, behind the half window that’s to the right.
6. Google Sheet - Activity Form sheet to be opened
7. The cursor to be taken to the topmost part of the open window on your screen
8. Depress the left mouse button and the Appendix 1&2 document window to be grabbed
9. Keep the mouse button depressed and the window all the way to be dragged over to the LEFT of
your screen. It will automatically resize to take up the LEFT half of your screen.
10. Now you should be able to see the other open window, behind the half window that’s to the left.

11. SHARE SCREEN Option to be selected from Zoom interface (Host Device)

12. Split windows will be displayed in Zoom Client device
