Strengths
 Opportunity for the local people will increase as tourists need different
services and products and they can provide these to the tourist.
 Infrastructure and amenities can be used by the local people as well as the
tourists.
 Tourists’ interest can motivate local people to preserve wildlife and
natural resources.
Weaknesses
 Sewage problem can occur if the sanitation of tourist can go on for some
time.
 Terrorism can be another major problem for both the local community and
the tourists.
 Drug and alcohol problem is very obvious in the remote tourist
destinations.

Definition of the Target Group

The target groups of the destination are for middle aged males and females

ranging from ages 21 – 41, young kids, and teens who wants to take a recreation and

relaxation activities within the place. The type of product and services we researchers

implement will be massage, manicure and pedicure, hand and foot spa service for

pampering themselves while enjoying their relaxation in the place. We want also to

implement the mountain hiking since it is surrounded by trees and steer roads for the high

allocentric guest that wants extraneous activities.
