CONTINGENCY RULES

 Teams will have to report, register and verify the team players 1 hour prior to
the match.
 Every player has to carry their Aparajit Identity Cards to the venue. The
players not having their Aparajit ID Cards will not be allowed to play.
 The team which is found to involve players whom are fudging their age, or
involving players from outside their college, or involving players who have
already passed out of the college, will be barred from playing in the
tournament. The registration fee, in the above case, will not be refunded.
 Referees decision would be the final decision and it will be binding on the
team.
 In case of conflict of interest between the players and the referee, the final
decision would be taken in consultation with the event head of Aparajit and
the referee. That decision will be final.
 Requests for change in timings of the match should be communicated 3 hours
prior to the match to the event head or the PR Team of Aparajit and such
accommodation is not a guarantee and will depend on the circumstances.
 Team who fail to appear at the time of referees call for the starting of the
match will be declared to have lost and the opposing team will be given the
walk over.
 Byes are given as per draw of lots.
