TESTS SEQUENCE

1.

1.1 Dissolved gas in oil analysis (DGA);

1.2 Capacitance and tg measurement of windings;
1.3 Core insulation resistance;
1.4 Insulation resistance measurement and polarization index;
1.5 Voltage ratio and vector group verification;
1.6 Windings resistance measurement;
1.7 Ratio, polarity check and excitation characteristics of current transformers;
1.8 No-load losses and current on principal tapping at 90, 100 and 110% of rated
voltage and complete operating cycle of the OLTC at rated voltage;
1.9 Load losses and impedance voltage measurement on extreme and nominal tap
position and operating cycle of the OLTC at rated current;
1.10 Zero sequence impedance voltage measurement on extreme and nominal tap
position;

2.

2.1 Full wave lightning impulse test (LI) on HV, LV and TERT line terminals;
2.2 Applied voltage test (AV) on HV, LV and TERT side;
2.3 Induced voltage test with partial discharge measurement (IVPD);
2.4 Dissolved gas in oil analysis (DGA);

3.

3.1 Heat run test HV/LV, 31.5MVA and 40MVA (with 25% redundant cooling equipment
not operating);
3.2 Cooling system power consumption;
3.3 Dissolved gas in oil analysis (DGA);
3.4 Noise level measurement ONAN/ONAF;
3.5 Tank vibration measurement;
3.6 Frequency response analysis test (FRA).

Note(s): 3.1, 3.2, 3.4 and 3.5 only to be performed on the first unit.
