Hi Shashank,

I hope you are doing fine.

Following up to check the status of the case. We are keeping this case idle for
some time now, any update/ETA on the action plan you have is appreciated.

To ensure fast and prompt support to our customers, we're required to follow up
with you and update tightly and regularly on any open case. I'm sorry if this is
somewhat bothering to you.

I look forward to your response.

Hi John/Kevin,

While working on the certificate renewal for barracuda box there is one workaround
but that needs to be tested and we are not sure on this.

We can create Test VIP for coop.oceanspray.com with new available IP for front end.

Creating the test VIP on existing Netscaler loadbalancer for 10.100.199.33 with new
available IP

Putting both set of servers behind the Test VIP and set the desired session time
out upto 240ms

For internal users local DNS entry change will required & if it works for internal
users

Security will go for External users by changing the translated IP in the existing
need NAT rule for coop.oceanspray.com

As we are using a new IP, so that a quick rollback is possible in case of test
failure.

Please let us know, if it will work to save time.
