Justification for arriving market value: Annexure A


The authorized district level committee/Sub-Registrar- Jaipur- III has fixed land rate of the
Residential interior Property at HASTINAPUR,JAGDAMBA NAGAR ZONE,Jaipur,
Rajasthan area is Rs.4950/sqin. However,the area is fully developed with basic amenites
available in the nearby area. On the basis ofsurvey and market enquiry with the dealers of
real estate and other local peoples the observed market value of similar properties has been
found in between of Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 per Sqm.So we consider 27,500/- rupees per sqm
which is quite reasonable in prevailing conditions.
