The current price list that would be valid for 1 (one) year has to be provided. The last date for submitting the same is on the 18July, 2020. The Rate Contract is also liable to be cancelled in case of such eventually. If material for service is lost in transit, or in processing, all sample preparation cost and other related losses would be borne by the party, nn10. u 12 13. 14. Part services: Part services shall not be accepted until and unless it is supported by convincing reasons and approved by the Competent Authority. Late services: A penalty of 0.5% per week or part thereof will be deducted in respect of delayed services calculated on the order value of items delayed limited to 10% of value Fluctuation in quoted ‘The quoted price of the articles shall remain stable Prices: throughout the contract period. Any additional levy of Taxes by the Government in the course of contract would be payable & also the reduction of quoted price (s) on account of lower levy etc. of any Of the articles shall have to be passed on to ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umroi Road. Umiam - 793103. (Meghalaya) Charging Higher quoted The firm shall not charge from ICAR Research Rate(s) Complex for NEH Region, Umiam/Centres higher quoted rate (s) than for the same items to any other organization. A certificate from the party in this regard should be enclosed. If, at any stage it is found, the difference of amount shall have to be refunded to ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam. The rate(s) is liable to be cancelled and steps will be initiated for blacklisting of the firm. Cancellation of Rate The Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Contract: Region, Umroi Road, Umiam - 793103. II. Submission of tender paper docs not fall under trade as per the above said act. However, if a Non-tribal becomes a successful bidder he has to furnish License issued by the KHADC (Govt. of Meghalaya) before any work involving trade is issued to him. Further those firm/agency opting for clause II above are requested to submit an UNDERTAKING mandatorily to this effect along with the technical bids as a certification about their capability of submission of the trade license when ask for, failing which the tender are lable to be rejected/not to be considered at any circumstances.
