TYPES OF TEXTS

1. INFORMATIVE TEXTS​:
​Purpose​: To give ​information ​.

Example: The Great Wall of China is a famous tourist

attraction.

2. PROCEDURAL TEXTS​:
Purpose​: To give ​procedures or steps​.

Example:
First thing in the morning after I wake up, I pray and
thank God for another day. After that, I grab a cup of
hot coffee and start to look at my laptop to check for
emails about my online classes.

3. ENUMERATIVE TEXTS​:
Purpose​: ​List down​ or enumerate (to put a number)
items, people or things.

Example:
Those who attend the Zoom Meeting are Gabriel,
Zoe, Angel and Dave.
