When it comes to identifying the roles of the managers, stakeholders, and

all the members is really important in an organization. Therefore, I agree with the

option C, it is really not good to out-place someone in your group, especially he

is also a member and a part of the team. In planning and sharing thoughts in

decision-making, everyone’s suggestions and recommendations are really

important, where in fact you are all working for the good of your organization.

Based on the video, there’s no introducing of new members and this one is

important too. To make everyone be comfortable to his new work place it’s better

to introduce yourself first because this would create better communication. Since

the project is tangled with important resource, the team must work professionally

and ethically. Ethical in a way to treat your subordinates fairly. A better foundation

of an organization will lead to successful outcomes.
