a. Company History

Rosario's Chinese Seafood Restaurant is one of the

few Chinese restaurants located in the City of Butuan
which offers a fusion of Chinese and other Asian
Cuisines and menus including desserts and drinks.
The restaurant is specifically located at J.P.
Rosales Avenue, Lapu-lapu Street, Butuan City, just
across Gaisano Mall. It was started and first established
as "Rosario's Seafood and Grill" on 2008 being originally
located at J.C. Aquino Avenue but later on transferred
locations as the lot was reportedly bought on 2017 by SM
Prime Holdings, Incorporated (SMPHI). The restaurant is

owned by Mrs. Rosalina Ong-Go, the owner of four
other business establishments, namely Amaris Grill
and Amaris Suites resting on both sides of
Rosario's Chinese Seafood Restaurant, Rose
Bakeshop and an on-going construction of 8-
storey Amara Hotel in front of Watergate
Hotel. The name Rosario's comes from the name of
the mother of Mrs. Rosalina in remembrance of her.
