Sub: Permission for Late Payment of Admission Fees for MBA Program (summer,
2020).

Sir,

I hope that this letter receives you in good health. I am a new Admission student at your
university (MBA program / Summer, 2020/ Form Serial: 20212082/ Roll No. : R-005).

However, I have a small issue regarding fee payment. I respectfully ask for permission to pay
my Admission fees a week or two after the due date(21th June,2020).I have some symptoms
of COVID-19.So that me already done covid-19 test but no result already .and I’m ensuring
my quarantine session. That is why I cannot go outside at any cost. My father is unable to
work full time, so my siblings and I are the earners of the house and we each have full-time
jobs. Unfortunately, as of now, I’m unable to make the Admission Fees for MBA Program
in due time.

When I feel better and receive my Pay check by the end of next a week / two week, I will be
able to pay my Admission Fees for MBA Program.

I hope you understand my situation and accept my request.
