She was born in 12 of may, she since seventeen


years old want to be a nurse, her family said that
this was not worthy of a lady but she became the
founder of modern nursing, known as the lady of
the lamp for making rounds at night to see her
patients, she created the diagram of the rose to
demonstrate As people died more for lack of
hygiene than for the war itself, the day of her
death is now taken as the international day of
the nurse

Maria Salomea Curie
Better known as Marie Curie (Warsaw, November 7,
1867-Passy, ​July 4, 1934), was a French nationalized
Polish scientist. A pioneer in the field of radioactivity,
she was the first person to receive two Nobel prizes in
different specialties, Physics and Chemistry, and the
first woman to hold the position of professor at the
University of Paris. In 1995 she was buried with
honors in the Pantheon in Paris on her own merits, her
achievements include the first studies on the
phenomenon of radioactivity (a term she herself
coined)

Anne Sullivan
She was born on April 14, 1866 to a poor family in the
Feeding Hills, in the state of Massachusetts. Her
parents were Thomas Sullivan and Alice Cloesy, who
came to the United States from Ireland as a result of
the Great Irish Famine. Her mother had tuberculosis
and died when Anne was 8. Sullivan had two brothers:
Maria and Jimmie. When her mother died, her two
brothers were sent to live with other relatives, and Anne
remained at home to care for her father.
