the way to do definitions.

Four basics of good definition

1. it tells reads what is being defined
2. it presents a clear basic definition
3. it uses example to show what the writer means
4. It gives details about the examples that reads will understand

The main point usually defines a term or concept.

Support in definition explains what a term or concept means by providing specific

example and giving details about the examples.
The examples and definition are often organized by order of importance, meaning that
the examples that will have the most important on reader is saved for last.
Transition in definition move readers from one examples to the next.
2. define what a natural reservoir is using what you learn from the PDF document.
To start, make a definition of 100 words.
Natural reservoir is a protected area of importance for wildlife, flora or fauna, which is
managed by man to be conserved. In addition, they are areas selected to protect them
against environmental degradation.
An example of a natural reservoir is the Nukak National Nature Reserve, which is located
in Guaviare and is characterized by having 628 species of plants, in addition to many
mammals, birds, fish, etc. Which is vitally important for their protection. So that, Nukak is
considered a natural reservoir because it has natural beauty, there is scientific interest in
the region, it is a habitat of threatened species and ultimately it is considered a region of
cultural heritage, which offers beautiful places to enjoy.

3. define the park you researched previous class. For example: sanctuary, shelters,
etc. Make a definition of around the same quantity or words than the previous point.
National natural parks are places similar to a natural reservoir because they are protected
areas that have great scientific value, host species of flora and fauna that are very
important, but natural parks only allow activities related to the protection of natural
resources and protection of flora and fauna, therefore, it is not possible to use the natural
resources in the area.
An example is the Amacayacu natural park that is located in the Amazonas and is the
habitat of many species of flora and fauna that can only be seen in these areas, so its
conservation is of vital importance so that these species are not in threatened. In this area
you can see pink dolphins, the lotus flower, among other species, but no natural resource
can be exploited by humans.
