- Transfer is valid between cities as long as it is
the same country and the court stated that
absent any showing of bad faith on the part
of the petitioner corporation in effecting the
transfer. Private respondent’s refusal to
obey the transfer order constitutes willful
disobedience of a lawful order of her
employer sanctioned under Article 294 of
the Labor Code and, therefore, warrants
dismissal.
