discussion regarding the house rental, I am required to make a security deposit of
$425 and pay an amount of $425 as rent on the first of every month.

Attached to this letter packet is a copy of the signed house rental agreement,
indicating alters and conditions of my stay in your property. This agreement and my
rental stay are valid for 1 year, as per our previous conversation.
