To find KI in this case we use:

Data (obtained from class):
V maxapp =25 , Vmax=50 , [ I ] =5 mM
Solving:
[ I ] ∙ V maxapp 5∙ 25
K I= = =5 m M
Vmax−V max app 50−25

So, 5 mM is the KI for the second inhibitor.
