Its it is our deepest and sincere apologies to be not be able to comply our subject ARCH343 –
Building Tech. 4 Specs. Writing & Quantity Surveying, S.Y. 2018-2019 on time.
Though we were given a time to comply, It is very hard for us to process it due to the lacking of
financial assistance.
Though we have a financial problem we were be able to find ways save and raise our funds.
But due to pandemic we were not be able to complete the processing it in order for us to follow
the MEMORANDUM Circular No. 001-A, S. 2020 (Supplemental COVID 19 Precautionary
Measures) signed by our respective Eastern Visayas State University President, Dominador G.
Aguirre Jr., DM.
For this, we would like to have your permission to extend our compliance of the said subject.
It would be a very honor for us to be given a permission from our school to strive more, follow
