Ground meat,

Carrots

Daek brown sugar, pinapple chunks, green&red bell pepper, minced onion, slice
onion, bread crumbs salt ground black pepper, water c. Oil , garlic, vinegar,
tomato catchup, egg

Procedure:

Lets make meat balls mix with egg, minced onion, salt and ground pepper bread
crumbs mix it use glove then roll it into ball shape until finish ater that prepare
frying pan and cook meat balls meduim heat then seet asede if the meat balls is
alreday cook then cook sauce prepare frying pan add cooking oil add garlic careful
no to burn garlic add onion bell peppers, add slice onion add carrots cook it then
add pieapple chunks. Add tomato catchup, vinegar and brown sugar let it simmer
mix add water let it simmer add cornstarch to make it sticky then add meat balls
mex then transfer to serving dish then serve it.

2 pc. Eggplant ground pork, ¾ cup bread crumbs, ¾ cup all purpose flour, 1 pc, onion, garlic powder ,
egg ground pepper, salt 4 cups water 1 ½ c. Oil

Procedure:

Boil eggplant until soften make it slit the eggplant cook it for 7 min. let it cool transfer to the plate peel
the eggplant then slice it into small pcs. Or mask it then transfer it to the big mixing bowl then mix it w/
other ingredients mix it well add 1 pc. Egg mix it well add flour or bread crumbs with is cheaper use it
then use for scoop so that equal and size you can use flour if no bread crums for coating then make ball
then put it into bread crums or flour then shake it so that it eill coat the balls then prepare c. Oil to
cooking pot then if the c. Oil is already heat put the eggplant balls remember low heat lang so that
maluto talaga simula sa labas hagang sa loob. Deep fry for 8 min. unti cook tama mang and laman wag
masyadong masikip make sawsawan use mayonise and banana catsup mix it in bawl mix it well then
transfer it to serving dihs then serve.
