Snow Peace with Shrimps

16pc. Medium size shrimp


200gms. Snow peace (or green peace or snap peace )
2tbsp. Cooking oil
1 small onion chopped
1tsp. Minced ginger
1tsp. Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp. Oyster sauce
Procedure:
Peel the shrimps and rvove the heads cut a shallow slit on the inner part of the shrimps then
pick out the dark veins, set aside. Trim the peas remove the stem as well as the tendels on the
sides heat the cooking oil in a wok or skillet, then saute the onion for one to two minutes over
low heat. Add the ginger and galic and continue sauteing until fragrant about one minute. Be
careful no to burn the garlic. Turn up the heat then add the peeled shrimps stir fry until the
shimps are half –cooke. And the peas and pour in the oyster sauce season with sugar and salt
and pepper to taste stir fry for about one minute until the shrimps are fully cooked and the
peas are still crisp. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot. Makes three to four serving .

Pork Kilawin

1klo. Pork liempo


½ cup delminte vinegar
½ soy sauce
2medium size onions raw coarsely chooped
2 cup water
½ tsp. Salt
Procedure
Boil pork liempo in 2 cup water and put some salt cook until liempo is tender and skin easily
peels off. While hot cut liempo into cubes. Place in a bowl and add vinegar soy sauce and
chopped raw onions . serve imediately.
Lasagna Cheese

5tbsp. Cooking oil


2pcs. Medium size onion white add to c. Oil fry for 5 minutes prepare or ground pork or beef
add to the onion mix well until cook for 10 minutes add 2tsp. Salt add 1tsp. Black pepper andd
1tsp. Garlic mix it well add tomatoo 600ml. sauce add 1tsp. Basil add 1tsp. Parsely add 200ml.
Water mix well and cook for 15 minutes. On low heat until cook then set aside and prepare
anothe pot add 60grms. Butter milt it add 2tbsp. Plain flour mis well gradually stir add 1 litter
milk and mix well add 1tsp. Salt add 1tsp. Black pepper stir it and cook for 10 minutes on low
heat until cook and sticky then prepare the baking pan then add the white filling with milk you
prepare on the bottom spread it add 100ml. Milk add lasagna sheets then add the meat sauce
you cook on the top of the lasagna ten add the white filling or the milk add the shredded
cheese on the top spread it add parsely add the lasagna sheets add the meat sauce add the
white sauce or the milk again add the shredded cheese add parsely then add lasagna sheets
and the meat sauce until finish the last layer add the lasagna sheets add the white sauce add
mozzarella cheese not shedded the add the shredded cheese add parsely on the top spread it
then co er with foil oven for 30 min. /250C or 482F when it cook remove it then cut it and
transfer it to the seving dish.
Lasagna

1klo ground beef or pork


1 container (15oz) polly –o natual part – skim Ricotta cheese
1 ¼ cups kraft shredded low moisture part skim Mozorella chesse
¼ cup kraft grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg beaten
Procedure:

1 egg beaten mix until combine well now that the meat is cook drain and add 1 jar 24 oz
spaghetti sauce to the meat add 1 cup of water to the spaghetti sauce jars put the lead back on
now stir this mixture until will combine now its time to assemble lasagna add to the bottom of
the sauce spread it well add the lasagna noddles add the filling spead it sorrounds the nooleses
now add the parsely on the top of the meat sauce spread it add the lasagna noodles add the
filling add the meat sauce add the lasagana noodles sine this is the last layer add the mean
meat or all meat sauce on the top add our laagna with the cheese the 1 ¼ cup kraft shredded
low moisteure part moserella cheese add ¼ kraft parmesan cheese now cover the lasagna with
foil bake the lasagna for 1 hour oven 350C remove the foil after 45 minutes once cook allow the
lasagna to stand for 15 mins before cuttling to serve.
