Ingredients: 2 cups glutinous rice flour 2 cups white sugar(less if preferred) 1/2 cup powdered milk(optional) 6 cups coconut milk 1 cup ube halaya(more if preferred) 1/4 tsp violet food color(optional) 7 tbsp coconut milk Procedure: 1) Combine glutinous rice flour, white sugar, powdered milk, coconut milk. Mix it well until it dissolves 2) Turn the heat on. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes thick and smooth 3) Get about 1/4 of the mixture. Set aside 4) Add ube halaya into the remaining mixture. Mix it well 5) 1st layer: In a lightly greased llanera/pan put enough ube inutak and spread evenly 6) top layer: Add white inutak on top and spread evenly 7) Cook extra coconut milk until thickened 8) Spread thickened coconut onto the inutak 9) Broil in oven toaster for 10min. 10)Cool completely and enjoy !
