Guideline for the Project of Compensation Management.
The Project Should cover the following Points;
1. Introduction of a company 2. Compensation Policy and Procedure 3. Compensation Slab for Individual 4. Compensation Structure for Different Department 5. Team compensation 6. Managerial Compensation 7. Benefits 8. Acts and Regulation company follow for compensation Minimum wages, Maternity Benefits.
Each Student should identify one company and discuss the above points in detail for that Company.
