world. To prevent from COVID-19 infection, people rarely contact with others. Our
payment method is always by cash, but I think we need to change right now. I’d like to see
all of you join in our discussion today. What is your proposals ?

Hà: I have an idea. As I understand it is transfer service. I think we should use the money
transfer of 50 services and invoices. Another great thing about this development is very
convenient. When we use MOMO service we can see that MOMO be able to transfer money
just remember the mobile number. How do you think about that?

Trân: Sorry, I’m not so sure I agree with you there. We use momo we also need banking
account, so Why don’t we use e-banking instead of using momo. The major advantage is I
think e-banking is optimised and easier to use than momo. On the other hand, e-banking
has some advantages so we can choose it such as it is more quickly, cost savings and can
make our company expand th scope of activities and increase competitiveness. Does
anyone have any more ideas?

My: About E-Banking, that’s a good point. That’s very convenient for customers and shiper
also. But as you know, online payment method is not popular in our country. Especially for
the person who don’t have their own account.

Truc: Yeah, I agree with your opinion. Do you think we could offer them discounts for
encouragement?

My: So actually it doesn’t matter .We can great for the customer’s account free. And,
another great thing about this is give them 20% offer discount for the customer buy our
food for the first time in website.

Trúc: Do you have any further ideas?

Hà: I understand the reason for current COVID situation. So we have to change our form of
payment. As all you know, we have alrealy linked to the shopee. I have some concerns
about the informations to inform them. Now we should find the way to inform them. How
did you think we need to inform them?

Trân: Ok. I understand. ok. I will contact with them about instead of paying by cash we will
choose paying by e-banking. I will write the detail imformation for you soon. Do you agree
with that?

Truc: To sum up, we change pay by cash method to using ebanking. In longer term, the
