1 – Is the cleaning frequency for the area to be cleaned (in 1.2 A.) bi-weekly or bi-
monthly? We use the term bi-weekly to mean every other week.

2 – Height of the tallest venetian blind. 60"

3 – Are the hallways and office(s) (on all levels) being omitted from cleaning? Hallways
are considered common areas so they are not omitted. Office are omitted except for
waste bin emptying and except for the two times a year when office cleaning is called
for.

4 - No dimensions of the landing on the third floor to be cleaned and number of treads
leading to. Landing is 54"x60" and 14 steps leading up to the thrid floor landing.

5 – What was the previous contract dollar amount and contractor awarded if I may ask?
Oregon Janitorial Service is the vendor, and I am unable to provide the contract dollar
amount.

6 – Can this contract be subcontracted? Yes
