Catcalling is the act of shouting harassing and often sexually suggestive, threatening, or derisive
comments at someone publicly

directed at someone because of their color, ethnicity or national origin.

RH LAW
RH law is an act providing for a national policy on responsible parenthood and reproductive health. The
law, which stemmed from the strong advocacy of stakeholders and the commitment of the Government,
is a point for convergence of multi-sectoral efforts toward the improvement of health outcomes of the
country.

FAKE NEWS
Fake news is news, stories or hoaxes created to deliberately misinform or deceive readers. Fake news
stories can deceive people by looking like trusted websites or using similar names and web addresses to
reputable news organizations.

- Avoid sharing unsure or unsafe information
- Check the URL or website if it is legitimate
MALNUTRITION-POVERTY
Poverty and malnutrition have a direct link – poverty is the main and principal cause of malnutrition. The
World Bank estimated that in 2008 that there were about 1.35 million poor people in developing
countries who live on $1.25 or 60 pesos a day or less

- Lack of income for food and other things to consider to sustain a healthy life

RAPE
Rape, act of sexual intercourse with an individual without his or her consent, through force or the threat
of force. In many jurisdictions, the crime of rape has been subsumed under that of sexual assault, which
also encompasses acts that fall short of intercourse.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence can be physical or psychological, and it can affect anyone of any age, gender, race, or
sexual orientation. It may include behaviors meant to scare, physically harm, or control a partner.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING-CHILD EXPLOITATION
CSEC is often viewed as “different” from child sexual abuse. Few consider the two to be the same
problem. However, CSEC is actually one form of child sexual abuse. Child sexual abuse is any sexual act
between an adult and a minor or between two minors when one exerts power over the other.
