To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid state speed control device. 2. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature. Do not leave the fan running unattended. Do not use fan in a window. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble or use the product. Contact customer service for replacement. Estimated Assembly Time: 2 minutes No tools required for assembly ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert the feet into the bottom of the fan body (fig.1). OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1, Plug the fan into a polarized outlet. 2. Set the switch button on the desired fan speed. 3. Positions: OFF; L-Low; M-Medium; H--High. LISTED: CARE AND MAINTENANCE 1. Always unplug the fan before moving, cleaning or disassembling. Do not immerse electric parts in water. 2. Take care not to drip water on or into the fan motor housing, 3. Wipe all parts with a soft cloth. 4. Dry all parts completely before reassembling or reconnecting the fan to the wall outlet. 5. Keep surfaces dry and clean for a longer lasting finish 6. Do not use any of the following as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner or benzine. 7. Disassemble each part to clean, and assemble it in the reverse order. TROUBLESHOOTING I your fan fails to operate, please follow these instructions: + Make sure the fan is plugged in and the electrical outlet is working properly. + Cheek for any obstruction. If you find any obstruction, turn the fan off. Unplug the fan and carefully remove the obstruction. Plug the fan in and turn it on again by referring to the operating instructions, NOTE: IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR FAN, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR REPAIR THE FAN YOURSELF.
