Terms&Condition:
1. GST will be applicable extra at actual. Presently, applicability of CGST@ 9% & SGST @ 9%. Invoicing
will be processed accordingly.
2. Payment Terms: Quarterly advance
3. SLA: 99% uptime quarterly. Pro-rata service credit will be provided at the end of service term for non-
meeting of SLA Quarterly
4. Lock-In Period: One year.
5. Rack-space, power supply and Campus/ in-building permission if any at locations above to be
arranged by the customer.
6. Termination: One month advar after Lock-In period
7. Timeline: 6-8 weeks after confirmation/PO0.
8. No of Static IPs: 5 Nos to be provided free of cost.
