Please carefully read, reflect upon, and fill out this commitment form. Preferably, keep a
printed copy of the form to reference throughout the course.
I will refrain from any trading-related activity for at least two weeks (one month is
ideal). I understand that this pause will release me from "fixation" -- the case of being
"stuck" on a problem; a mental rut of sort which prevents me from finding the solution
to my problems. This pause will also aid me in giving a fair trial to the technique I will be
learning. After those 2 weeks, I will seek a balance between trading and rest by limiting
my screen time to a set number of hours per day.
Every day I will do 2 sitting meditation practice for at least 20 minutes each – preferably
in the morning and at night before bedtime. After the course, I will strive to keep that
practice.
I will keep a journal handy and record thoughts, insights, feelings, as the course
progresses, except during meditation.
An assignment will be given to me with every new section. I will do the assignments
every day as directed.
Body and mind are one and the same. A healthy body equals a healthy mind. I will bring
more balance into my body daily by inviting regular physical activity into my life.
