DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS XI

1. Fill the Option Form with photograph pasted and upload all the required documents and the Option Form
through email to class11kveme@yahoo.com
2. Registration form along with option form is to be filled by students of others KV and NON KV students and
sent in given mail id
3. Soft copy of Marksheet of Class 10th
4. Transfer Certificate in case of students from other KVs and other schools. No need in case of KV EME
students.
5. Certificates of Participation in Games and Sports/Scouting and Guiding/NCC/Adventure Activities at Various
levels of the preceding years.
6. Caste certificate: SC/ST/Latest OBC(Clearly mention Creamy/Non-Creamy Layer )according to Govt.norms
7. Differently Abled: A certificate from the civil surgeon / rehabilitation centre or any officer competent
authority defined by the Government of India certifying the child to be handicapped.
8. Affidavit for single girl child on Rs 100 stamp paper.
9. Blood group with Hb. report
10. Aadhar card of the child
11. Residence Proof , if own Electricity Bill bearing the name of owner and if on rent, valid Rental Agreement or
quarter allotment letter in case of Govt. Employees
12. Birth Certificate
13. Service Certificate of the parents in case of Central and State Government Employees
14. Admission Dates are as follows: All working days between 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
