Things to Take Note 注意

1. All new visitors with recent travel history to Mainland China, Iran, Republic
of Korea, Italy, France, Spain and Germany within the last 14 days will not be
allowed entry into Singapore, or to transit through Singapore. 在过去的 14
天之内，所有近期有过往中国大陆，伊朗，大韩民国，意大利，法国，西
班牙和德国的旅行历史的新访客将不被允许进入新加坡或经新加坡过境。

2. From 16 March 2020, 2359 hours, all travelers entering Singapore with
recent travel history to ASEAN countries, Japan, Switzerland or the United
Kingdom within the last 14 days will be issued with a 14-day Stay Home
Notice (SHN). 自 2020 年 3 月 16 日,2359 小时起，所有在最近 14 天内进入
东盟国家，日本，瑞士或英国的新加坡旅客将获得 14 天的居家通告，期
间不得外出，违例者可面对重罚。

3. Do inform your seniors of the situation regarding COVID-19, remind them

to practice good hygiene and refrain from going to areas of huge gatherings. 
请通知您的年长者保持谨慎，并保持良好的个人卫生习惯，避免去人多的
场所。
 
4. After each call, submit your check-call to alert us of any issues with your
seniors and update through regular check-call submission.
打电话后，请定时将家访报告提交给区域执行员，以便让我们知道年长者
的健康。
