I want to be a fun dynamic teacher who shares the love of teaching. The kind of teacher

that children will look forward to seeing every day. I will remember to be patience with my

students and find different ways to teach. I will be the facilitator who guides them into how to

create a good speech. I will let the students learn by themselves by listening to each other’s

speech and see their mistakes. I will teach my students how to have their voices and opinions be

heard, delivered in a powerful speech. I want them to reach their full potential.

I want to make learning fun and meaningful. I want to greet my students with a smile and

get to know them and create a bond. I want my students to feel welcomed into my classroom. I

want to provide a safe environment for their learning and know that I care for their wellbeing. I

will be their mentor, listen, and give advice when they need it.

As much as I value Education I will continue to learn through online classes and seminars

on how to become a better Speech Teacher. I will learn new innovated ways in which to engage

my students.

Because being a teacher is so much more than teaching a core subject. Being a good

teacher is teaching students life lessons and making their school days memorable. Seeing the

students smile and knowing that they are successful students is rewarding for a teacher. I will be

the gardener gently tending to the children’s needs and I should nourish and nurture children

ensuring they have the perfect environment for their development in my garden.
