The learning outcomes from this tower building activity was that communication is the key for the
completion of a given task. Collaboration and team strategy are important skills in any given task.
As I was the leader for this activity learnt how to manage a team and keep my team members
motivated.
The learning outcomes from this activity was that how one should behave in a corporate lifestyle. How
to communicate to the managers and subordinates. This not to do in corporate life so as to save yourself
from ruining your career.
Also understanding the difference between college life and the corporate life.
