Dear Dr. Cezar,

I am writing this letter to explain the circumstances that caused for not conducting my 3 rd and 4th
classroom observations. I already prepared the lesson plan, instructional materials, activity sheets and
other needed materials for my 3rd classroom observation a week before my observation date which is
Thursday, March 12, 2020, and I submitted my lesson plan to conduct a pre-con before the class
observation.

But the government announced the suspension of classes that started March 12, 2020 until the
end of school year due to the pandemic. That’s why, I did not accomplish my 3 rd and 4th classroom
observation.

I hope you would be considerate and understanding to my explanation in this letter.
