RESUME :

Normal growth and hip development is Balance of growth of acetabulum, triradiate cartilage

and femoral head, well-located and centered femoral head. Pathoanathomy DDH :

1. Acetabulum shallow and sloping

2. Coxa valga, Femoral anteversion High riding femoral head False acetabulum

A. Child Treatment Methods

a) Goal of Treatment

• Obtain and maintain concentric reduction

• In an atraumatic method

• Without disturbing the blood supply to the femoral head

b) Treatment Methods

• Method depends on AGE

• The earlier started, the easier it is

• The earlier started, the better the results
