SUBJECT: Promo Extension

Greetings of peace!
As we know, every once in a while, we periodically offer promo rates in
our services. This is performed to draw in more customers who, hopefully,
after trying out the promo rate, will come back to our store for more
services.
The intention of the promo, however, is defeated when other branches
extend the same unauthorized. These promotions are supposed to all end at
the same time for all branches so as to avoid influx of customers in select
branches that extend the said promo while other branches who have abided
by the timely cessation of the same would experience a vacuum where they
lose their patrons who opt to avail of the promo that’s still being offered in a
nearby branch.
This is to remind all branches that the unauthorized extension of
promos is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. It is therefore mandated that all
branches shall cease offering promos beyond the last day said promos are
advertised to run.
Failure to comply to this directive shall subject the erring branch to a
fine of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) per day from the day after the
supposed end of the promo until the day it is discovered that the promo is
still existing.
Further violation shall be meted with a stiffer penalty and/or
TERMINATION.
