Greetings of peace!
This is to bring to your attention your continuous failure to properly
follow the procedure in re-stocking your After-care Kits.
A recent incident involving one of your customers reported to x on 03
July 2020 about her scabbing eyebrows.
The said incident came about for failure to apply the necessary
ointment or after-care after her procedure.
By reason of which, on 06 July 2020, an Incident Report was sent to
your branch sending a First Warning on your Operations Manager for her
negligence in properly re-stocking.
Again, such incident puts not only your branch but the entire brand in
a negative light affecting even the compliant branches.
May this serve as your Written Warning to avoid repetition of the said
lapses to prevent the imposition of the appropriate penalty.
