Itis with the highest confidence that I recommend Kyle Ravan as an ineredibly motivated and dedicated student leader. His energy and enthusiasm coupled with his continuously evolving leadership skills make Kyle an excellent example of scholar, leader, and warrior. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment epitomize the qualities expected of a teacher and community leader, 2. Kyle has been a productive member of our Junior Reserve Officer Training Course program, participating from 2016-2020. He has rose to the rank of Cadet / Major and currently serves as our Battalion Executive Officer ~ second in charge of our 137 member unit. Throughout his tenure in JROTC, Kyle has always performed his duties with exemplary fashion, Kyle participated in our Drill and Color / Honor Guard in which he served as the commander for both units. He was awarded several accolades, to include the Honor Guard ribbon and tab, the Color Guard medal and tab and the color Guard and Drill cords, He was the recipient of the White County Honor Guard medal for his exceptional service in the community and the Superior Cadet medal for his outstanding performance as a leader in the JROTC program. 3. Throughout his school years, Kyle constantly pushes to improve himself and those around him. Kyle demonstrated his leadership and organizational skills during numerous community and school events throughout the years. He took part in the planning and execution of all of our service learning and community volunteer activities, He was always a key member of every team. He is a well-round individual that possesses numerous skill sets. He is well-versed in technology, and wishes to pursue a technogolgy degree in additional to being proficient in industrial mechanics. Kyle is an individual that can solve any problem due to his wide array of skills and knowledge, 4, Kyle always pursues excellence. His goal is to continue his education through college and technical school. He is driven, dedicate, and capable. He continuously seeks out the opportunity to help others and improve himself.
